"The Grilled Chicken was good. The squash was soggy overcooked. The potatoes were delicious. The Caddo Plate was packaged well, keeping the sauce separate. The 4 shrimp were fresh and I like them better than the tilapia, which was under seasoned, slimy and rubbery in the middle and dry on the ends, which likely was not
as fresh as the other ingredients. I put it in the air fryer to try to fix it and added my own Tony's creole seasoning and re-plated the dish but kept off parts of the fish that were unwanted and odd. I would try it again, but needs fresher fish, the shrimp was perfect...so maybe not with tilapia."
