"My mom and I ordered a chicken 10 PC. Nuggets Combo, with a large Coca-Cola, a large Chili, and a small All-Natural Lemonade. Everything came well packed and secured. The nuggets were a bit overcooked and the All-Natural Lemonade was a bit warm. However, it had nothing to do with anything the delivery person did because the drink had a good deal of ice that hadn't melted. It was as if the store’s fountain drink system wasn't cool enough or it didn't have enough ice cooling the system. Anyway, one thing is for sure, All-Natural Lemonade that is lukewarm isn't very tasty.
The only other thing that was disappointing was that the store stated that they had run out of soda. This is a bit weird for a fast food place. I had originally ordered a large Coca-Cola but due to the lack of soda, I was given a large All-Natural Lemonade. This is a drink that I am not a fan of but I was willing to set my disappointment aside until I tasted the All-Natural Lemonade and realized it was warm so since the drinks were warm, they both ended up in the refrigerator. So, we were left without a drink to go with our meal. The last thing was that we were not given straws for our drinks. This, to me, wasn't a big deal as I have gotten countless orders before that were missing straws.
Overall, even though we had minor issues, I would definitely order from this Wendy's store again. I have been a fan of this fast food chain for years and one of the things that I love is that this chain is that they offer items that are unique and different from most fast food restaurants. Some of these menu items include baked potatoes, Chili, a variety of different types of nuggets, and a large number of drink options, from soda to milkshakes. And of course, we can't forget the chain’s signature drink, the infamous “Frosty”.
I do want to mention that our delivery person was very nice and kept me updated immediately about any changes or substitutions that arose."

"I overall choose to rate this place highly for the value of their Wings - these mild buffalo wings were huge, especially given the price point, as many places here charge a similar price for half the quantity, let alone the quality (they were typical buffalo wings, nothing fancy.) Sadly, the Side Meatballs (4) I cannot say the same for - so salty (and dry) were they that I simply could not finish them. Tastes vary, of course, so if you prefer your meatballs on the saltier and leaner side, these may still be a good bet. All in all the value of the wings overrides my disappointment in the meatballs and I will order from them again."

"I do not usually leave reviews but for the price I paid I expect my chips to be crispy and not soggy. My son had the Kids- Fish & Chips and I had the Steak Frites and both chips were soggy. Which is a bummer because the old Washington Street Pub had the best chips around. The steak was good though and the fish was properly cooked. Just expected better for the price."
