The generous slices of fresh avocado (in replacement of gravy) add a creamy, rich texture that balances out the heartiness of the dish. The combination of scrambled eggs, diced ham, onions, and green bell peppers gives it a perfect mix of savory flavors, and the melted cheddar cheese on top adds a satisfying, gooey finish. The potatoes at the bottom are perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crispiness to contrast with the other ingredients. This is a hearty, flavorful, and satisfying meal—perfect for breakfast or brunch!"

The Corned Beef Hash & Eggs was more potatoes than corned beef, the eggs were overcooked. The Breakfast Burrito was relatively better. Portions are small for the price.
