The shredded beef with peppers had far more peppers than beef, which threw off the balance of the dish. Overall, both dishes lacked flavor. The Orange Duck (1/2) was also delicious - the sauce came separately so the duck stayed crisp. The beef Short Rib with Black Pepper appetizer was juicy and surprisingly tender. We got a huge container of nice steamed rice. All were good portions. The soy Soy Sauce Chicken is always excellent, as are the pork buns.
