The chickpeas are not your typical Indian curry its more of an oily base and thick seasoning taste very good on top of the rice. The Chicken is good, but you are getting the bold flavors from adding the chickpeas I added the white sauce only.
Comes with a "side salad" I tosed that on top with the rice and the onion did what they were supposedto do!
The only reason I didnt order the spicy chicken due to my spice levels however I will be trying that next time for flavor purposes "

"One of my go-to's when I don't want to cook. I didn't get tomatoes this time but it was probably just an oversight or just that they ran out of tomatoes. You don't pay extra for them anyway. I usually like mixing it all together and then drizzling the white sauce as I eat but everyone eats it differently. Other than that, I love that my food is always hot and fresh when it gets here. "We ordered the lamb shank and the chenjej kabob with salads. The typical salad was great but the Shirazi salad was just chopped tomatoes and cucumber with no seasoning, no olive oil. The lamb shank was very small and mostly fat, again no seasoning. Sadly, the Chenjeh kabob was so overcooked and dry with no seasoning, I don't think even salt. It came in a big container with 8 small scattered pieces of meat- looked a bit sad. We had eaten at Alborz in probably 2013 and enjoyed it, not so much now. We are fans of Persian food. I don't know what went wrong tonight but would never order again, unfortunately."
