The Mala Soup Dumplings [6] (Spicy Pork) 麻辣豬肉小籠包 were near flavorless, not spicy at all, and half of them were so stuck to the paper in the container, that they ripped open when I picked them up with my chopsticks.

I didnt like the fritters that go with it though they were kinda stale but I also ordered pretty late. The Ma Po's Bean Curd was so good. I usually crave ma po tofu but wanted something less heavy and this was that it had so many veggies and the tofu was soft and the bean curd sauce was really nice actually spicy. "the sesame chicken was okay. it's a hole in the wall version of an Americanized Chinese dish, so you can't really expect that much from it. but it was basically over sweet with no noticeable sesame flavor. the pepper steak was bland, the steak was mushy and had no texture, and had very little meat. that doesn't generally bother me, but considering what they were charging for the dish I really expected more. the fried rice was absolutely horrible. it was exactly that. rice that had been fried. if You're expecting egg, vegetables, seasoning of any sort, forget about it. you don't get that. it's just a vaguely Brown pile of mushy rice with nothing much to recommend it. the best part of the meal, quite frankly was the egg rolls, which were nicely crispy and had a good filling. but they were extremely greasy.
