"This store was better than the St. Matthews store which is now closed but still, even this one is not up to par or nearly as good as those I remember eating growing up. In the last couple orders the buns were stale and crumbley and the burgers tasted like they'd been cooked ahead of time. Back in the day those ladies(and men too) with the WC hats, worked fast and efficient and they were delicious to the last bite. Something has changed and I don't enjoy them as I did. Perhaps that old time service they use to give is what is missing today."

The turkey is very tender real carved Turkey breast, and the pot roast is fall-apart tender. All the trimmings and sides were just as great. I got Holy Cow Chocolate Cake, and the name is spot on; holy cow was it good! My only complaint is that they packaged the cake and the ice cream together in the same flimsy Styrofoam clam-shell container then placed that in the bag on top of the rest of the hot food.
