"I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Dunkin. I placed a pickup order totaling $54.90, and a family member was sent to pick it up on my behalf. We had proof of the order, including a screenshot showing that the order had been placed and paid for, yet the staff refused to release the order.
Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, the employees were dismissive and unwilling to work with us, despite us providing evidence that the order belonged to us. This created an unnecessary inconvenience and frustration, especially for a large order that had already been paid for.
Customer service should focus on finding solutions and treating customers with respect. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional and disappointing. I expect better communication and customer care, particularly from a business that values its loyalty and rewards members.
I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional training to staff on how to handle pickup orders and customer concerns appropriately."
