"We have had dickeys before in our home city, so decided to give them a try here on a visit. We ordered for pickup as our hotel was within walking distance. Food was cold, brisket was very tough and chewy with no smoke flavor or really any flavor at all. The kielbasa was the only star of the meal. It was awesome! ribs were ok, but the smallest I've ever seen, and the extra one for 4 bucks was an end with very little meat. "Ordered bag of burgers and fries with Cherry shake. Bag of burgers is advertised with a bunch of fry sauce in the picture. Didn't received the sauce, which made eating the two lbs of fries tough. The burgers weren't great either. They make them almost sound like sliders(they are 1/8lb patties), but they are full sized burgers. Each burger had a slice of unmelted processed cheese and a ton of lettuce, not very good. The other burgers on the menu look like they use real cheese, but I'm going to guess this isn't the case? Was pumped up for the cherry shake, but this also didn't arrive. Had to request a refund online. Getting down the burgers and fries with out a shake was really tough. Can't recommend, granted I did order it later in the evening. "
