- Pad See Ew is legitimately the best pad see ew around, they really dry the noodles and flavor coats the entire dish. They use shiitake mushrooms for an umami boost and it makes a huge difference.
The restaurant is a small family owned place which put a lot of care into opening and being there for the community. They are so friendly with free tasters, generous coupons and take the time to explain all the food. They are really open to input as well.

"I was not a big fan of the Lomo Saltado. The value definitely seems good and the plate was filled with a lot of food. The problem I had was with the flavors. The filet mignon itself had a very liver like flavor to it. The green sauce also was a bit strange. It kind of tasted like it was mayonnaise based and had a bit of sweetness to it. The veggies and rice were cooked well though.
In this case the meat just may have been overcooked a little bit. I just really did not enjoy the sauce though and probably would not order this again."

"Got the "juicy" pork buns and they taste delicious. The quotes around juicy was the fact no juice came out when I took a nibble of the dumpling. Mind you this could have been due to the juice being absorbed during transport. Other than that, really good.
