Shoki Original Broth contains only WAFU -Traditional Japanese Broth - We use shitake, high-quality bonito (a type of fish shavings), and kombu (sea kelp) and YASAI - Vegetables Broth. All of our ramens can be ordered WITHOUT MEAT to make "meatless" ramen.
Pork-Base Ramen
Meatless/Seafood-less Ramen This broth is purely made from VEGETABLES only. No meat!
Gluten-Free Ramen - served with gluten-free broth, toppings, and noodles. Served with Blended broth - wadashi (traditional Japanese broth) and Yasai (vegetable broth). There is an option for Yasai broth (vegetable broth) only upon a request.

Noodles topped with corn, spinach, moyashi/bean sprouts, sesame seeds, shredded nori, cabbage, hard-boiled egg, chashu/pork. Soup on the side (Blended broth - wadashi (traditional japanese broth) and Yasai (vegetable broth).
Kae-Dama means extra noodles. So if you want more noodles, say “KAE-DAMA” and noodles will be brought to you to enjoy with your remaining soup. We recommend ordering it mid-way, but its your choice. (MUST ORDER WITH A RAMEN)
