Heralded since 2010, our Reimagined tacos are larger, healthier and more flavorful than traditional street tacos. At 6" in size (1 of ours is equal to 2-3 street tacos) they're crafted with fresh greens and vegetables, housemade aiolis and cremas and artisan cheeses. Our 100% USA grown, non-GMO, organic white corn tortillas are housemade and everything we serve is 100% Gluten Free!

Start with our traditional signature Nachos Not!, rockin' delicious Nachorizos or our Housemade Guacamole! Or, one of our newer Reimagined starters like Mexican Street Corn, C CASA Wings or our signature Frito Mixto. And all of our items are 100% Gluten Free!

Since C Casa opened in 2010, our soups and salads have been our passion! We bring a healthful, innovative Mexican approach to the classics, with multiple layers of flavors. Add a protein to a salad for a complete meal!

Inspired by and reminiscent of our times in Baja with a California influence! Reimagined, with the addition of Power Greens, a blend of Leaf Spinach, Baby Kale and Swiss Chard, Healthy, Gluten Free and Rockin' Delicious!

Ours are crafted with handmade, non-GMO, organic white corn tortillas and a blend of artisan goat and Oaxacan cheeses. Accompanied by C CASA tortilla chips, guacamole, Pico de Gallo, chipotle aioli, Fresno peppers and fresh cilantro. All are 100% Gluten Free! Our food is best eaten fresh at the restaurant. We recommend warming your quesadilla in the microwave for 30 seconds upon receiving.

We keep it healthy and yummy, using our non-GMO white corn tortillas, hormone/GMO free rotisserie chicken, Oaxacan cheese and simple but tasty beans. Served with C CASA tortilla chips topped with white beans, lime crema, Fuji apple slices, Mexican chocolate brownie bites and either a bottled water or housemade lemonade.

Created for game day, parties and families, our new Shareables trays offer our favorite starters from our restaurants. Our tortillas are housemade and our salsas and cremas are crafted from all natural ingredients in our from scratch kitchens. What better way to kick off a get together than with housemade Guacamole & Chips, NachoRizos and Rotisserie Chicken Taquitos!? Each tray serves 6-8 persons.

Our most popular salads are available in Party & Family sized trays! Our dressings, aiolis and cremas are crafted in our from scratch kitchens and each serves 6-8 persons. Add our hand pulled rotisserie chicken, Black Angus steak, Grilled Citrus Prawns or one of our other proteins for a heartier offering.

Now available in two sizes. Created with parties and families in mind and who doesn't LOVE enchiladas?!. Our tortillas are housemade from USA grown, non-GMO, organic white corn: our salsas and cremas are crafted from all natural ingredients in our from-scratch kitchens. And they're all Rockin' Delicious!

In keeping with our promise of full flavored, healthy and housemade food, we keep it simple with our beverages, including offering authentic Mexican Coca Cola crafted with natural sugar instead of corn syrup.

We take great pride in sourcing our all natural poultry: raised free range on 100% non-GMO, vegetarian diets, always antibiotic/hormone free and air-chilled. They're rubbed with our housemade, 7-spice blend and simply rotisseried. No additional solutions or flavorings are added.
