Acai Bowls
Acai is an antioxidant-packed superfruit native to the Amazon rainforest. Here at SoBol, we blend frozen acai berries, strawberries and bananas to make a thick fruit puree. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola. (Contains cashews and almonds) The bowl is then topped with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut and a drizzle of honey.
Mango-Pineapple Bowl
We blend mango, pineapple and banana with coconut milk to make a thick fruit smoothie. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola (contains cashews and almonds). The bowl is then topped with strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of coconut. Please specify any allergies.
Pitaya Bowl
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free. A frozen puree of pitaya (tropical dragon fruit) topped with mango, kiwi, pineapple, coconut, and a drizzle of honey. Customize your toppings to create your own bowl.

We blend frozen pineapple, spirulina, and bananas to make a thick fruit smoothie. We then parfait the puree between two layers of our homemade granola (contains nuts).
