A blend of mostly Sauvignon Blanc & Ribiolla Gialla with some Semillon blended in, made by the master Steve Matthiasson. This wine was created to evoke “the perfect white wine” and it surely does not miss the mark!

Gamay from a forgotten but found vineyard between Morgon & Brouilly. Gamay makes some of the most perfect wine for me, juicy, fresh, bright but not too heavy in body. Great served chilled with food or without.
A baby Barolo for sure, made from 100% Nebbiolo, the wine is fresh but still maintains structure and defined tannins. It has a balanced dichotomy that makes it perfect with lighter and heavier foods.
