Whether you agree with the label design or not, we will all agree that this is seriously good, well crafted wine from the region of Muscadet in the Loire Valley. This cuvée comes primarily from terroirs seated on gneiss rock, which gives wines its fruitiness early on. A small part also comes from Amphibolite (type of rocks), which contributes a citrus and fresh mouthfeel. The vines are 30 years old on average. It says 40 oz on the label, but in all actuality, there are only 33.814 ounces in the bottle. The packaging is gimmicky, but the wine is all pro.
