A Vietnamese feast of bo seven mon, beef seven ways. Served with rice paper, vermicelli noodles, lettuce, pineapple, green apple slices, mint, cilantro, and pickled carrots and daikon and house-made sauces (tamarind, anchovy paste, fish sauce).
