Cold vegetables include tofu, romaine, cucumber, shimeji and enoki mushrooms, sesame oil mung beans, namu kimchee, organic sunny side up egg, and koshihikari rice. Garnished with sesame seeds, scallion, and nori. Comes with a side of gochujang (fermented korean chili sauce) for you to mix in. Can be made with massa brown rice, vegetarian or vegan, and gluten-free.
