Fried organic egg and crispy koshihikari white rice mixed together with tofu, romaine, cucumber, shimeji, enoki mushrooms, mung beans, kimchee, seasonal vegetables, and sesame oil. Garnished with sesame seeds, scallion, and nori. Comes with a side of gochujang (fermented korean chili sauce) for you to mix in. Can be made with massa brown rice, vegetarian or vegan, and gluten-free; select option.
