Mazesoba is a new kind of ramen that has gained popularity and recognition in Japan and now the rest of the world. Mazesoba is a spicy, soupless ramen coated in our homemade sauce base topped off with various ingredients and an egg yolk as the center piece - all designed to be mixed together - that creates an explosion of flavor! To get the full experience, many customers love adding vinegar to bring out the flavor (upon request) and order spicy!
