Curry was introduced to Japan by the British during the Meiji Era (1868 – 1912). Japanese curry paste is prepared by a wide variety of vegetables and meat. With your choice of entrée, mixed vegetables are added to the curry paste and served over rice

Thick chewy udon noodles is fried and prepared in an authentic Japanese style. The secret lies with our secret dressing and dashi.
