All pho with/out Meat and Shrimp serve with beef broth except Veggie and Tofu Pho. Also Steak is RAW. (can be cooked in broth per request), come with Bean sprout, basil, lime, hoisin and sriracha mixed.

Serve with Rice noodle, lettuce, cucumber, bean sproute, peanut, and fish sauce.

All Fried rice are serve with garlic, pea and carrot, and onion. Pho Em has the BEST fried rice.
