All over Mexico eloteros sell Mexican white corn in a cup with toppings. Our aim is to re-create the flavor, using fresh mexican cheese and imported Mexica white corn, along with our home-made chiles.

Eloteros also sell whole corn, dressed up with cheese and toppings.
