From the Latin word “Pinsere” which means “to press.” Pinsa crust is made from a blend of GMO free flours -rice, soy & wheat that has less sugar, fat and cholesterol than a traditional pizza crust. Our dough is made up of high concentration of water and undergoes a long cold fermentation, which produces a highly digestible crust that’s crisp and light (Substitute Gluten-free crust for an additional charge)
