"Not often that you get to see food this authentic in Ohio, so this is my second time ordering, and the food is out of this world. Will be ordering here anytime they're open and im hungry! The Empanada de Pollo Guisado / Chicken Stew Empanada, the beef and potato empanada, the cheesesteak empanada!!! All so good. The chicken and rice is out of this world, and it's large portions! "
"I've ordered from the store more than I can count and when I say the quality is always the same. Super fresh, great quality and a lot of food for the price. And the customer service wow just wow. I had an order mishandled by a dasher and the store called me to let me know the issue AND then threw in a whole bunch of freebies when it wasn't even thier issue to solve. Highly recommend"

"I ordered 5 whole wings and it came with two sides. I ordered mac and cheese and greens for the sides. First of all the 5 Whole Wing were fried perfectly golden brown and the chicken was so juicy and flavorful it basically fell off the bone. Best whole wings in the area by far. The mac and cheese was thick creamy and delicious and the greens were GREAT and not too salty at all. Probably the best soul food plate I've had in this area and for $13.99 it's an insane deal. Also, everything was boxed and wrapped too and it was all still hot when I got it. Will definitely order again 10/10 for me"
"Man!!!! I didn't even know yall sold neck bones, which is a rare find unless you're making it yourself around here... your menu has great selections!! Also all of my food was so good!! "My orders are always consistent when I order from Casa Del Mar. The food that I get delivered to my home is consistent with what's served in the restaurant. I'm not sure why others are saying they have issues. The chicken 33. Chimichangas are excellent, the small Cheese Dip is the perfect size for one person and there are always plenty of chips. This time I tried the Bunuelo and was not disappointed. Still my favorite Mexican restaurant in Summit County!"
"Casa Del Mar is the only Mexican restaurant that we will get delivery from anymore. The portions are the same as eating in, unlike other local places. In the past, another restaurant gave us all jalapeño and only a few meat slivers for our delivery order. Casa Del Mar never leaves us hungry or feeling like we've been shorted. We've yet to find a dish we dislike, either. Their deserts are yummy, too. Care is even taken to make sure your Fried Ice Cream shows up intact on a warm spring day."

"What a disappointment! The Styrofoam containers were half of the normal size of a normal dinner. $22.99 It only contained 2 rib bones when every other restaurant offers at least 4. You only got a tablespoon of the sides and I paid an additional $5 for a tablespoon of mixed greens and cabbage with hardly no greens in it at all. Paid $2 for the smallest serving of corn bread imaginable . Don't Waste Your Money!! Skimping the way they do, you're getting about half of what you pay for. I know fresh macaroni and cheese when I taste it, and this ain't that They should be ashamed."

"The Agua Frescas (horchata and Jamaica) were exactly what I wanted and were both refreshing and so tasty . The QuesaBirria tacos were so flavorful and amazing. Better than I could even make at home!!
Best Mexican food I can find in Ohio is at Casa Nueva!!"
"Quesabirria Tacos - Very Popular were pretty good, I feel like it was a little soggy (maybe from the steam?) along with the Melting Cheesecake too, but the flavor is there. The rice is a little bland in my opinion but not too bad that I had to add salt/seasoning. I didn't realize the cheesecake came with the syrup on top since you had the syrup selections, so it had both the chocolate syrup already and I got caramel with it too (I don't like chocolate so Im mildly inconvenienced lmao, wont be the death of me). The birria tacos are my all time favorite so Im very hardcore about it; very disappointed the broth it came with was in a small black container that was HALF FILLED! Thats the best part! And it's good for you to drink. Very sad about that. Cheesecake flavor was good but you can see in the picture sauce flooding the bottom (Idk what it is, maybe melted whipped cream?) which made it soggy. I'd say flavor for food is 7/10, quality is like 6/10, freshness feels like a 5/10. Again, assuming the steam made it soggy... Birria 9/10 love the meat, cheesecake was smooth and tastes good even though soggy, so it has 8/10. The rice is a 4/10 IMO I've had better rice for sure. They gave chips and salsa, 10/10. Love me some chips. Warmth of food was like 6/10 but since it's colder and rainy maybe it cooled off fast or something. Not bad. Not sure if I'd buy again due to quality level but it makes a good late night snack."

"I've been a Chipotle customer for 20 years now. The white rice was severely undercooked, making both the burrito and bowl nearly inedible. The steak was overcooked and dry. This won't stop me from being a regular customer, but this was the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had."

"The Snow Crab Legs (1/2 pound) were great as always. Garlic-Grilled Shrimp kids meal was also good and flavorful but rice portion was skimpy. "
"I'm very disappointed with my order. First my Baked didn't have any butter in it. Only 2 butter pads that melted in the container. There were only 10 shrimp, which I've gotten more the last time I ordered this. The biscuits were dry and tasted like bisquick. They were not buttery or flavorful like they have been. I certainly won't be eating at Red Lobster Again. For the price, I feel ripped off!"

"Beef Brisket on a bun was so good, the brisket was tender, moist and flavorful. The Green Beans with Bacon and Mac & Cheese sides were delicious also. My fiancé loved his 3 Three Meats, Two Sides meal, all the meat was cooked to perfection, the sides were very good and everything was seemingly good quality. He especially loved the collard greens. "OMG, I am so glad this location is on Doordash now because we were getting our meals from another location and it was really hit or miss: Cheese sauce had no flavor to it, and the Cheesesteaks were okay at best. This meal was like coming home! Years ago, I was friends with several employees and the owner, and I spent A LOT of time here sampling the menu. Everything was great, and cooked just like I remember it. I will most definitely be ordering from them again."
"Ive always had fresh/correctly cooked food from this location. This is very disheartening to say the le ast! All my romanburgers were burnt, I never received the breaded mushrooms ,I specifically stated no onions or mushrooms on my hot buttered cheese steak and there were lots of them and my cheese steak was burnt also! Im not sure if they had new cooks but this was totally unacceptable! I wasted 57$ on food I can barely eat!"
