I understand that the meat can continue to cook once it's removed from the heat, but this was just disrespectful to the ingredients regardless of it being USDA prime or wagyu. I did change my side for an extra two bucks to vegetables with ranch, but 5 dry slicked carrots and 4 celery sticks are a bit silly to charge for. This is my first experience with Spring Street, and I'll dare a chance to order again probably, but it will definitely be a visit and not carry out to see if this was a fluke.
