"The #14 bootlegger club is advertised as having double protein- Turkey and roast beef. No turkey on the sandwich. Provolone cheese was added for some reason. Very little roast beef. Mistakes happen, but the lack of service when I called the store was frustrating. The person who answered the phone told me that they personally made my sandwich and it had turkey on it. When I repeated it didn't, he offered to remake it but repeated he was sure there was turkey on the sandwich and was clearly annoyed. I was uncomfortable with his annoyed response to the point that I was concered about how they would handle the replacement sandwich. I declined the offer. On the plus side the delivery driver was very polite. My soda and chips were fine. Disappointing experience overall. "
