My udon Noodles were overcooked and mushy, the sauce was not at all caramelized to the Noddles and lacking in general. I got like 4 pieces of steak. All for $20 and I'm totally disappointed but not surprised. I wish they would consistently do better."

The vegetables were fresh, and they even included banana blossom, which I don’t think is very common among the other places I’ve tried. The ingredients were well balanced, with a good ratio of noodles, vegetables, and meat. I especially liked the pork. It tasted clean and fresh, and you could tell it had been prepared with care.
The broth had a lot of flavor without being overwhelming, and everything came together really well. The portion was satisfying, and the food held up nicely even after taking it home. This is my favorite BBH so far. I’ll definitely be coming back to try it again.
