My first time trying the tamarind bbq oyster shrooms- it was delicious, food was flavorful and everything was hot (temp wise). The next few times I ordered the tamarind oyster shrooms, I was not pleased-they were very underwhelming. Food temp was luke warm and the oysters were on the extra crispy/burnt cusp. I didn't get as much as I did the other time and for me to have spent $70 + on multiple plates this was not up to par. I was definitely skimped on the oyster shrooms, not sure if she ran out or what but I would have much rather been told that then sold that. The only reason why I went back after the last bad encounter was because I was trying to give it another chance. At this point I would only order that soursop colada, that's pretty consistent.
