"I got a toasted marshmallow latte and a butter croissant. next time I would love to try the Nutella croissant. I think the coffee could be a little bit better, but it's pretty good! And the croissant just tastes really good. Toasted Marshmallow Latte Croissant"

"They always forget something, be it straw, napkin, or knife, or the avocado spread. Other than that, the food is good. Sometimes, it's messy. The portion is okay. The food is fresh. I order from them often because I like the fact that the food is healthier than say McDonald's. The coffee is always good. I mainly order Frapps. I don't drink much hot coffee because I wind up having to reheat it, and I never get enough cream or sweetness."

"What a lovely gem for Bakersfield! The pistachio oat milk latte was AMAZING and don't forget to try the honeycomb bread! This place is stunning inside and the service is top notch!"
"My latte was perfect but the Honeycomb Bread was definitely old. It's so stale I can't even bite into it, and the description online states it had a honey drizzle. I was given a hard as rock piece of bread with no flavor and I'm honestly super disappointed. I don't usually leave reviews but for the price, I definitely expected better"

"These guys are a rip off, $21.95 for a western cheeseburger but you cant say anything to alter that burger. If you want something with it like they advertise "comes with a side of fries, onion rings, etc", you have to pay more for that. What a joke.

"I just ordered from here through DoorDash and honestly, I'm so impressed. Everything arrived in perfect shape thanks to the really careful packaging, and my delivery driver was super nice and professional, which made the whole experience even better. The food was incredible. The lemon bar had that perfect tart kick, but not your ordinary lemon bar. It's more bread like. The cherry danish was delicious, and the croissant was pretty good. I also tried the Einspanner and the banana cream latte, and both were delicious. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into their drinks. It's rare to get delivery that tastes this fresh, so I'll definitely be ordering again soon!"
"The Triple Chocolate Donuts is very good! I would order it again it taste very fresh and the portion size is bite sized perfect! The Banana Cream Latte is FIREEEE! The banana is not overpowering and it balances with the coffee. I would def get it again"

"I've saved about this place a dozen times but lately there's no chili Verde sauce with the chili Verde breakfast burrito, I had to actually air fry my own tater tots because there weren't any in it. Couldn't taste egg either, we all know they're costly but, 2 or 3 scrambled should be alright. The size of these are BIG! Hopefully my curse changes next time..."

"Zero butter and zero syrup for the Waffle. Chose not to eat it dry.
Biscuit & Gravy was overly flour-y and needed seasoning. So much flour, it was extremely dry and inedible.

"Delicious! I saw they were new and wanted to give them a try. They did not disappoint! It was fresh with a big portion size.
My main was the Blackstone Benedict, and it was so so good! The hollindase sauce was great and they were not shy with the amount. The eggs were cooked good. I wish the English muffin had been toasted, but it still had a nice flavor. I got the roasted red potatos as my side and they were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning but a little more pepper forward. They sent a side of ketchup as well, and it tied it all together nicely.
I also ordered an Iced Coffee with hazelnut. It was standard, but they elevated it with additional Carmel drizzle in the bottom, and whipped cream on top. It was just how I like it, but I personally prefer coffee to be balanced with the cream and sugar aspect and this was perfect!
In short: 9.5/10
Very fresh, good quality and a great place to have breakfast and brunch! Though a little more pricey than others, the quality and quantity you receive is worth it. I will be ordering again"
"The CFS burrito and chile verde burritos are about 20 bucks each. These were literally potato-roto's! I had two bites of pork, and the rest were giant chunks of potatoes. It was as if they stuffed a giant tortilla with a pound of potatoes wedges and a drizzle of sauce. We placed a pic showing a peek of sauce in one corner and left the (very bland) salsa cup to show the size of them. Also, the chicken fried steak was so dry, had little gravy, and again! Boom! 20.00 tater-ito. I let the manager know, and he giggled. Also, DD didn't slop this into a giant tortilla.
Do yourself a favor and grab a gas station burrito, trust me. No mimosa is worth such disappointing food. Such a waste of money."

"
I recently had the pleasure of trying the toast with fruit, peanut butter, and blueberries at this charming restaurant, and I must say, it was a delightful culinary experience from start to finish.
The combination of fresh fruit, creamy peanut butter, and plump blueberries on perfectly toasted bread was a flavor explosion in every bite. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, evident in the freshness of the fruits and the smooth texture of the peanut butter.
The sweet and tangy flavors of the fruits paired harmoniously with the rich, nutty notes of the peanut butter, creating a truly satisfying flavor profile that left me craving more. Each bite was a perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess, making it a true standout dish.
Not only was the taste exceptional, but the presentation was equally impressive. The vibrant colors of the fruits and blueberries against the golden toast and creamy peanut butter made for a visually appealing dish that was almost too beautiful to eat. Almost.
The friendly service and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall wonderful dining experience. It was clear that attention to detail and customer satisfaction were top priorities here.
I can't wait to return to try more of the delicious offerings this restaurant has. The toast with fruit, peanut butter, and blueberries has definitely earned a permanent spot on my list of favorites, and I'm eager to explore the rest of the menu.

"The mini pot pie was larger than I had expected, and the salad was a very generous portion (I opted for the garden salad rather than the Ceasar salad, and I was pleased that was an option). I put the pie in the fridge, since the other two items filled me up...the pie will be a nice treat this afternoon. The only "odd" thing about this meal was the pot pie was packaged in a soup-type container so the crust was kind of crumbled up. That being said, it was still delicious and really satisfied my craving for chicken pot pie! "

"We ordered the chorizo burrito, the trio burrito, biscuits and gravy, and Mexican corn. AMAZING. Burritos were still piping hot. Seasoning was spot on in the gravy, corn could have used a touch of salt but it was still good and that's a personal preference. We were in Bakersfield for a comedy show and staying at a hotel. What a delightful surprise to stumble onto such a great breakfast place. Portions were generous and price was more than fair. Would highly recommend!"

They don't have a lot of ham and cheese in them, but I like that I can slice them in half horizontally, which gives me a croissant to heat and eat with butter and a half that I can heat and eat as a sandwich. I order these all the time, as I like to eat them for breakfast. They are huge, and I get three of them to eat for several days."

"The Cali Bowl was flavorful, fresh & fulfilling. A tasty mix of healthy goodness!
The Vanilla Sky Smoothie was blended to perfection. A cool treat that satisfies the taste buds!
Both are on my list as new favorites. I will definitely come back and explore their menu."
"Don't get this review wrong...their food is amazing! The reason for the lower stars is that they took the best item off the menu. The sandwich and bowl sampler was the perfect amount of food at the perfect price. I'm so sad this is gone. I have gone to order it 6 times since I had it two weeks ago, and since it is not on the menu, I have ordered elsewhere. Bring back the sandwich and bowl sampler! "

"The food was good, but I did ask for the steak to be rare and it was medium well, so that was a little disappointing. It tasted fine, though."
"These are hard as a rock. Crunchy, and honestly disgusting. It feels like it's been left out. I would not order this item again, unless made fresh. There is carmel on the side instead of cream cheese icing. There's still four of them, although I wouldn't bother getting these again."
