When I eat the second half, I'll redistribute the meat more evenly toward the edges, and probably spread a bit more Thousand Island dressing on, even though that means the calorie-reduction will be smaller.
The Asian Chicken Salad , otoh, is full of savory, citrus-tangy flavor and moisture without even using ANY of the ginger sauce. (I guess I'll save that for an unglazed chicken breast.) Arroz Chaufa really didn't care for, whatever chucks of meat they used it was dry, the flavor was ok.
