I could be wrong, but the cheese (chomp sauce?) seems very American cheese forward. I got spicy mayo, sour cream, and bbq sauce w/ mine. Their side sauces are significantly bigger than the tiny cups most places give you, so that was a pleasant surprise. All-in-all, I felt I got my money's worth and would recommend this place. If looking for meat and cheese comfort food, go for it! PS: I am semi-sensitive to spiciness, and the spicy mayo was very mild to me. And the Tres Leches was good—a bit richer/sweeter than some I've had, but was tasty and had good texture."

The Spicy Salmon Roll Roll was bland and lacked flavor, even with soy sauce. The fish tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time and was not fresh. There was a noticeable smell that made it clear the fish had lost its freshness.
Also, there was some type of sauce that was leaking everywhere so thumbs down on the packaging as well.
I used to enjoy Cloud 9, but after this experience, I won’t be returning."
