"In general, despite the high prices, I really like the quality of their ingredients and how delicious the food is. I’d consider this one of the top Persian restaurants in terms of taste and quality.
However, I was disappointed with the customer service. I called to ask if they could simply add a piece of raw onion to my order, which is a typical side served with many Persian dishes. Surprisingly, I was told that I should have requested it through the app, and they refused to add it. For such a simple request, especially considering their prices, I found the response unnecessarily inflexible and disappointing."

"The couscous tastes very good, and I really enjoy ordering it from your restaurant. I have been a regular customer for a long time. However, recently, I noticed that the amount of broth is too small compared to the amount of couscous. There is not enough broth for all the couscous. Also, the vegetables are not fully cooked. I know traditional Algerian food very well, and the vegetables in Algerian couscous should be completely cooked and tender. Please make sure to provide enough broth and cook the vegetables properly. "Ordered a few times but really can't justify the high cost. Ordered LAMB KABOB today.. while the lamb was fairly flavorful, it was super dry and very well done. The portion was on the smaller side. And the vegetables were super generic, like they bought them frozen and threw them in a pan. No large grilled tomatoes, onions, or peppers like at all other good Persian restaurants.
Also, they forgot my dessert. Really wish I hadn't burned by chase credit on this place. Not a good value for the money so can't recommend this place."

The chicken biryani is supposed to come with a whole Cornish hen --- it literally says this on their menu. The TINY container only included a quarter of that. It was so sad-looking. I had imagined that even if they couldn't fit the whole hen, that they would maybe split it into at least two containers? I would've expected more for a menu item that cost $32. It was also supposed to include garlic raita, which was nowhere to be seen.
I also got the much-raved-about Alleppey fish & prawn curry ($34), which similarly left much to be desired. The gravy here actually didn't taste that different from the biryani's korma sauce.
Disappointed in what feels like lesser quality and care when it comes to folks who aren't able-bodied enough to eat at the restaurant. If you're ordering to-go/delivery, definitely DO NOT order the chicken biryani or the fish and prawn curry. You'll wish you saved the money/Doordash credits. I don't think I'd order from here again. My biggest issue was the yogurt-like coating on the meat, which changed the texture and reduced the tandoori char. I preferred the chicken at the old Bismillah.
