I’ve also done some research on egusi itself, and it has so many nutritional benefits ranging from protein, magnesium, vitamins, calcium, fiber, and so much more. On top of that, it is insanely delicious. ESPECIALLY from here! I called for takeout and the owner had a last batch that they so kindly saved for me. She even offered me to come later for a fresh new batch, but I’m more than happy with what they already had prepared. Im not too sure how the traffic is in Northtown mall since I haven’t been there in quite some time, but I hope it’s busy enough and wish the owners all the success in the world.
