Every single bite was packed with flavor and seasoning. Nothing tasted bland or like it was missing something—the flavors were bold, well-balanced, and just WORKED together. The potato itself was cooked perfectly for me: creamy and soft, but still had just enough firmness to give it some texture. It wasn’t overly mashed or mushy at all.
The pickled onions were such a good addition, and whatever pepper I got on there (I believe it was a bell pepper) added the perfect little extra something. The chicken was delicious, but let me tell you… THE BIRRIA!!! 😩🔥 That was easily my favorite part. The birria was so flavorful and tender, and I already know that’s going to be my go-to protein whenever I order again.
My only regret is not getting more corn! 😂 Next time I’m definitely adding extra because that combination was SO good.

"The Papa Rellena (Loaded Potato) was really good. I'd prefer a shredded cheese mix over the cheese sauce but it was overall really good. I order a Burrito Regular with asada and added cheese. The cheese was not added to the burrito and it was really dry so dry when I bit into the burrito it was tough. Portion size was really big. Freshness was unfortunate since I ordered right when they opened I was expecting way better quality and freshness. I will probably not order again."
