"This is a favorite for Cantonese Shrimp Egg Foo Young but there isn't enough shrimp, so we pay for extra shrimp — it is worth it! They keep broken egg shells out of the patties, and the gravy is thick and flavorful! The Egg Drop Soup is standard fare, but it's consistent.

Boxes of fried rice are usually stuffed closed at other Chinese restaurants, but this place left what looked to be about a full inch of free space in the box.
