Ordered a heap of fried Snappers, and I couldn't even pick the fish up to eat... without it sticking to the paper and falling apart. it's not crunchy anymore... just soggy and leaky 🤢. The batter is soaked in fish juice? and is tasteless. Speaking of tastless...I ordered Calamari rings too....1 they were burnt and 2...it tasted and smelt off. Maybe they thought burning the Calamari would take away the off taste... but it didn't. I did have good chips and fritters though, as well as battered sausages as crabsticks,but the Fish and Calamari rings....were a major let down. I've removed from my favourites list as its happened 1 too many times.

"After a door dasher issue, involving the driver taking the item and cancelling the order the merchant reached out multiple times and remade the order.
Even after I mentioned this would lead to an unfair loss for their business they insisted to make sure I would get food in a timely manner as it was late at night. (Never found out what happened to the missing order)
This shows genuinely customer care. Something rare in the delivery industry. Without them I would've have probably needed to contact DoorDash for 60 minutes and then cancel my order completely and pick a midnight option.
The food itself was exactly what I wanted, a good serving of everything, meat, chips, salad, bread and sauces. It came fresh, well seasoned and even the salad didn't seem like it was rushed with a generous amount of feta and olives.
