Biggest downside is that the quality varies wildly by day (and assuming who's working), the challah can be stale, and as toast is often burned and sometimes not even cut, too much butter, cutlery being included is also so inconsistent I've started adding it to my "special requests" to the menu item. There have been more misses than hits recently which is disappointing. Hoping I don't need to find a new breakfast spot.
