It had the most amazing textures of crunchy cashews, baby corn, water chestnuts, tender chicken, mushrooms, and more. I will order this again! The Canton Special Fried Rice was a little sweet, very diverse in meats, and very filling. I poured out some into a bowl, and there was still almost the entire container left - and I ordered a small!
