Literally watered down, soulless, flavorless. It's honestly sad. This is true north Indian treasure. Every spice, every speck of flavor that is supposed to be there shines bright like Surya. Both the Malai Kofta and the Saag Paneer are exceptional, my only gripe with the food itself is that the portions could be slightly larger. It took two entrees to really get me there, if you know what I mean. And the packaging is everything: the ONLY Indian restaurant I have tried in the ENTIRE state of California to use PAPER packaging and not the disgusting black plastic garbage dump that every single other place uses. "No joke, best door dash deal I have gotten so far! If I am lazy enough to have someone bring food to my doorstep and treat myself, indont really want to pay over $30 for a salad and app. So I got the $45 meal thinking it would be just small versions of each thing...nope people, it was a real deal. My Fresh Mozzarella And Tomato Salad was very good, but dry (hardly any dressing on top). I ordered a side of steamed Broccoli, and for $5.25, the portion was very small and the broccoli was cold and bland. My daughter was satisfied with her meal, but the chocolate Kids' Mini Pizookie® wasn't cooked properly and she said it didn't taste very good, although she loved the chocolate ice cream that came with it.

"Tony's pizza bros was on my "to try" list for quite a while. The menu had a lot of appealing offerings but I was drawn to the shrimp scampi. I of course had to order their garlic roll to accompany my pasta and I lucked out when I discovered they were offering a 2 for 1 on the garlic roll. I received my order from Doordash promptly and Tony's packaged my food very carefully. The portion was the perfect size as I didn't feel ripped off, nor was I overwhelmed by the size. It was extremely flavorful (especially tantalized by the garlic). The menu allows you to remove anything not of interest to you such as olive oil, diced tomatoes, lemon juice, etc.
My garlic rolls hit the spot and the shrimp scampi was very good. I resisted the desserts but they have excellent choices.

"We chose to order from Rincon Brewery in order to support a local business, selecting the Cobb salad and the fish and chips. The Cobb salad with chicken was $18. For this price you figure you will get a typical Cobb salad full of toppings, generous portions. Unfortunately the salad was soggy and with extremely skimpy portions, equivalent to what you might expect from a fast food restaurant. I can't imagine a restaurant of any type would ever serve something like this in person. The fish and chips were not as overwhelmingly poor, but were still soggy and not fresh (not attributable to the delivery - our driver was prompt and picked the order up immediately). During the pandemic we have ordered take out more than fifty times and this was hands down the worst quality of take out food we have experienced from any restaurant. we would like to continue supporting local restaurants, but after this experience it is hard to include Rincon Brewery on this list."
