"Salmon was well prepared. It was tender and flakey. Thoroughly cooked but not overly cooked. The street corn is one of the best items on the Chili's menu or anywhere at any restaurant. It's wrapped in foil to keep it warm and to keep the corn toppings in place. The broccoli was pretty close to raw. I know this is a matter of preference. I prefer mine a little more thoroughly steamed. The salad is not really a Caeser, so if you really like romaine lettuce you'll be disappointed. It's mixed greens. The croutons were fine. I added more parmesan cheese; it was scant. The dressing is ample for the small salad; it is very much a side salad size. The cheesecake was a large serving.
