It was the first time I've ordered online and the difference in what I received when I went into the store and what I received from my online order was like night and day. The portion size of the salad was so much smaller in my online order and I ordered the same regular size that I normally order.
At 10:30 / 11 o'clock in the morning, you would think the lettuce would be very fresh with no dark, off-color, shreds in it, but not so.
It was also supposed to have bacon in it, and there were only a couple of very small pieces. Also, the tomatoes were very scarce as well.

"I placed an order for a chicken and waffle sandwich which was very small (I do have pictures also). The chicken was very dry and hard to chew. I also ordered a breakfast platter which I paid an extra $1.50 for a piece of ham fo be added to it... I did not see anything stating the ham was country ham and even for country ham, it was overly salty for that kind. It was almost a jerky consistency. It was dry and stiff. There were only 9 hashbrowns and 1 1/2 pieces of bacon included with the meal. It took over an hour to be delivered, the driver was polite and called me to update me on how long she would be but it kept changing the time on the screen saying when it would arrive but took longer than the estimated time by at least 30 minutes.. was not worth the money spent and shouldn't be charged for the sandwich or platter "
