The only thing that could be better was the achaar, please give authentic Pakistani achaar like Shan or National.
The bun kabab was very authentic, more daal in the kabab than meat, just like back home. The bun kabab would benefit from a sweeter tomato sauce like back home. But overall one of the best bun kababs I’ve had in NJ.
The behari kabab paratha roll was innovative in how it was portioned like a quesadilla, very interesting. The behari kabab was super soft and melted in my mouth just like back home.
