It's like $6.15 on the menu??? Plus I paid $2.23 for cheese, sour cream and crackers for the chili....well they only put a little bit of cheese on it. No sour cream, no crackers, no spoon, no napkins. I ordered oatmeal raisin cookies but was sent chocolate chip, which I do not eat. Wish they would've taken that off my bill if they didn't have the oatmeal raisin. I gave the cookies away to co-workers. Way too expensive if ordering on DoorDash and sadly not worth it. In addition, their use of sustainable packaging was also a rare treat. Paper boxes made for a cute delivery system, and the crepes are wrapped in wax paper and aluminum foil. I've loved Sy Thai for yearsss. The food is and always has been absolutely delicious. It's one of my go to places to order from.
That said, I'm done going through doordash bc over the past couple of years the restaurant has consistently screwed up orders (ie chicken when I order veggie etc), failed to include items, etc.. I'd say 50% of my orders have been wrong in some way - it's disappointing esp when you pay $16 for a dish that is incorrect and only get like $4.58 back (which I understand is a doordash issue, not a sy thai issue; still frustrating).
Like I said - the food is good. So good! I don't want to stop ordering from Sy Thai, but going forward it will only be if I or someone else can pick it up to make sure everything is included and correct. "
