The Carnitas*burrito was rich and succulent. The meat was tender, juicy, and fatty in a way that melt in your mouth. The avocado complimented the pork perfectly. By itself was delicious, but it became elevated when paired with the salsa verde. Like a match made in heaven.
This is the third time I've ordered from there and the burritos and chimichangas have always excelled in each. There were four tacos for my order, and it came with more than enough cilantro and diced onions plus a lime wedge per taco. The consomme was pretty good, not greasy nor too watery. If it had some hominy and tripe, it would be menudo's cousin. I drank down any remaining bit of it at the end of my meal.
