"Not sure what's going on, but I haven't had KFC like, in a year. And the 11 herbs and spices are much milder than they used to be, the flavor is less intense and pronounced , the skin isn't juicy, it's not the usual greasy that I crave and am used to, and it's hard in chunks and hardly any batter coating on it m. Also the chicken pieces have shrunk to like, 1/2-2/3, of the size they used to be. The chicken doesn't squirt juice when I bit into it. It's still decent, but it's missing a lot of flavor compared to when I last ate this. Mashed potatoes were okay but the gravy is also less intense. I'm hoping this isn't a usual thing and that it's just an off night, but overall, everything but the Mac & cheese were a lesser version of what it was every other time I've eaten it. I'm giving it another chance soon, so when I order again, hopefully it will taste like the KFC I love."
