"Both desserts had an odd aftertaste in the cream. Appetizer trio: fried zucchini was good (the only thing we ordered that was), calamari was decent, bruschetta was not good and had unmelted cheese on top. Spaghetti Carbonara was really poor quality, and not any we've ever had. Chicken Marsala was a ton of food, but not packaged wisely. Both pastas had no slots so they were full of steam/water. The Marsala dish had 2 chicken pieces which had no taste, just were dumped with sweet sauce that was not a good Marsala. And it was put mixed with tons of sauce/like soup on a bed of alfredo linguine which was overcooked and both sauces mixed together ... it was inedible. Very let down bc we've been to the restaurant many times. This was a huge let down and hope things get back to good."

"This was my first time trying Rise and Grind Coffee so I wanted to order two of my go-to favorite drinks and was pleasantly surprised!
First, I tried my iced London Fog and while it wasn't my personal favorite London Fog, I could see others really loving this flavor. For me I love when the tea flavor is more dominant, but this one was stronger on the vanilla side with more of a hint of tea (again, while this wasn't for me, I could see others really loving it!). In terms of value, the drink to ice ratio was AMAZING. I actually got a large portion of drink whereas at many places I feel like I'm just drinking ice so thank you for that! For my second drink, I got a hot breve without any sweetners as I wanted to taste the coffee itself, and was so glad that I did! The coffee is soooo delicious and honestly I will be ordering coffee from here more often! The coffee itself has such a nice flavor I don't think it needs any sweetner.

"This was our first time ordering from here and we were disappointed. The $16+ ham and cheese sandwich on pretzel bread was smaller than expected, but it would've been good how they made it properly. We requested no hot honey, which they soaked the bread with. And the other condiment, which was a Dijon horseradish that we did want to be on the sandwich, they forgot.
The shrimp scampi was very underseasoned, and the shrimp was overcooked (made us think they may use pre-cooked shrimp), but once we added garlic, salt, pepper, and a few red pepper flakes it was decent. However, they didn't include the garlic bread that was supposed to come with it.
We ordered a couple of kids meals. One of them was the PB&J. There was barely any PB or J on that sandwich, but there was very dry, very old and stale bread. It was in edible and went straight in the garbage.
Positive things? The monster cookies were OK, the soup was decent (not great, but decent), and the baby carrots that came with the kids meals were very fresh (mid of dad that they were the best part of the meals - lol). Also, the fruit cup medley that came with the ham and cheese sandwich was really fresh and tasty, but the little container was barely half full.
We really wanted to like this place, because they have a good variety of menu items and things that are different, but it was a miss."

"The Roasted beet salad was by far the most incredible salad I've ever eaten. The goat cheese blended into the dressing as I ate and it was delicious. The Baked goat cheese was seriously so good. The bread was fluffy and crispy. The goat cheese was baked to perfection. Both dishes are completely worth the price and very tasty."
"The Nashville chicken seemed like it was not fully cooked. Some parts of the chicken were very reddish pink in color, the texture was slimy/gelatinous. The fried cauliflower were not cooked all the way, the breading was very floury tasting, and the cauliflower was very crisp inside (not from frying but from rawness) and tasted raw. It didn't even seem fresh - more like it had sat out after being cooked then reheated before it was sent to me.I've ordered these same items multiple times and it just seems so inconsistent. For the price I paid I would've expected better quality."
