It makes the sandwiches noticeably greasier and heavier, and it takes away from what used to be such a clean, satisfying bite. The flavor is still there, and the quality of the fillings is still strong, which is why it’s honestly frustrating more than anything.
They’re still one of the best in the area, no question. But that bread change has had a real impact. If they went back to what they were using before, it would immediately bring them back to being top tier without hesitation."
