The service here has been even better than any SB we went to in Orange County where we lived for 20 years. After my husband visited some OC store every day he would become friends with the staff and they would cater to us. We only go to this SB in DHS occasionally but they treat us so well each time. I don't know where they got this staff but they are exceptional as must be the Management here. Let's be realistic, the food and drinks are the standard SB menu but it really is the staff and the spirit they bring to a store to make you want to go everyday. Of course the prices are ridiculous so that limits our daily dedication now that we are retired . But atleast we know that this is a Great Spot for Desert HotSprings when we want to go. " I never thought I would ever write a poor review for W&F. I mean I LOVED them in the past. But......they changed their menu and portion size. Add insult to injury and the biscuit was devoid of flavor and hard as a rock! I got a "sky's the limit" but this time I couldn't order poached eggs or request crispy hashbrowns. There was way less bacon than usual and the sausage seemed much fattier. For $30 I expect way better. This is the second time in a row. Very disappointed! "
