"Create Your Own Bowl is the best! We keep trying bowls from other places and always come back to Ubatuba as our favorite. The create your own really allows for the perfect combination for each of us. My only suggestion is to consider wider and more shallow bowls (instead of deep and narrow). The cheesy bread is tasty but the gluten free method using tapioca flour makes a slightly odd consistency. Flavor is excellent though! And empenadas are good too. Beef, Nutella, and Spinach are our favorite."

I chose Acai, Greek yogurt, and a peanut butter scoop at the base, low glycemic fruit on top (apples, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, bananas, and toppings of walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon. My blood sugar number post-meal a beautiful 137, and I still have plenty of calories left out of my 1400 per day for dinner. You can make this unhealthy by adding agave, honey and other high carb toppings and fruit, but it tastes divine just like I had it. I highly recommend Tru Bowl!!"
