I'm so tired of restaurants with highly processed naan from a frozen mass market bag. What's the point if it's not freshly baked. We should only be paying $1 for it. "we ordered the Shahi Paneer Pizza & added the red chicken to it. on our order, we selected a specific sauce, but did not receive that sauce on the pizza.
instead it was garlic.
we like garlic, so it was fine.
however...
it did kind of taste like gourmet garlic bread, instead of a moist pizza.
we both agree it felt like it was missing a sauce.
the flavors were really good.
very interesting to have it in a pizza form.
even with our minor complaints, we would still order again. but only as a break to our normal pizza spot, because it is expensive. we ordered a large and it was about $55.
its about the size of a hot and ready.
but the quality is much better.
the chicken was real chicken.
the onions seemed fresh.
and the paneer was good.
we give this experience a 3½ out of 5 stars. knocking half a point because of price/size and a full point off because its lacking sauce.
I would also say that we would appreciate it if the restaurant would allow for notes under the orders."
